The latest dataset was made available in EQUIPP® as of December 16, 2025. This dataset now includes 6-month performance information based off of prescription drug claims from January 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025.
Year-To-Date Range: May 1, 2025 - October 31, 2025
NOTE: The rolling 6-Month and Year-to-Date (YTD) measurement periods will be the same with this data refresh.
Q4 Enhanced Services Reminder! December is your final month to earn additional is your final opportunity to earn additional revenue dollars through Enhanced Services!
- Click the " Enhanced Services " Tab to view your available programs and patient lists for programs like Longitudinal Adherence Monitoring and Controlling Blood Pressure.
- Final Fill opportunities are running through December 31, 2025. To maximize these opportunities, we recommend you:
✅ Prioritize opportunities by 'Expiration Date'
✅ Complete & Document the Intervention
✅ Fill the medication and adjudicate through insurance
✅ Ensure the patient picks up the medication

The newly updated All Patients View tab in the EQUIPP Dashboard now delivers a single, comprehensive list of all patient engagement opportunities.
