EQUIPP® Refresh Notice: April 10, 2026

The latest dataset was made available in EQUIPP® as of April 10, 2026. This dataset now includes 6-month performance information based off of prescription drug claims from Sept 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026.
Year-To-Date Range: January 1, 2026 - February 28, 2026
NOTE: EQUIPP® Year-to-Date Reporting has traditionally been available starting with the May EQUIPP release, with data available through March of the calendar year. This update with the YTD reporting starting in April, with performance through February is a NEW update for 2026 that will be maintained in future years.
NEW! Changes to EQUIPP Default Screen
What is changing with the April refresh? The home page now opens directly to the All Patient View, so you can dive right into reviewing your patient list without any extra steps. You now have streamlined access to your available opportunities!
Getting Around EQUIPP
All your key destinations are accessible from the navigation icons on the left side of the screen:
- Performance Dashboard — the first icon (upward chart)
- My Programs — the second icon (dollar sign)
- All Patient View — the third icon (patient chart)
- Enhanced Services — the fourth icon (target), which appears only if you have Enhanced Services opportunities available
What’s New for 2026
Enhanced Services launched for the 2026 calendar year with some health plans offering Quarter 1 Check-ins for the Longitudinal Adherence Monitoring Program on Friday, March 6th. Additional programs will be launching throughout March, and Quarter 2 check-ins will launch for 2026 programs on Friday, April 3rd.
