 EQUIPP Data - How Often Is Data Updated? 

Data is submitted by health plans and PBMs each month

  • Quality scores are refreshed monthly
  • Updated data is available by the 2nd Friday of each month: Subject to change

 Enhanced Services 

Some health plans offer pharmacy-led programs that pay for patient care activities.

Look for the bullseye icon on your dashboard.

Common programs include:

  • LAMP – Incentives for ongoing adherence check-ins, final fills & extended day supply conversions
  • Blood Pressure Control – Get paid for documenting BP readings done in the pharmacy
  • A1c Testing – Earn bonuses for eligible A1c screenings done in the pharmacy

The Performance Dashboard provides a high-level view of your pharmacy’s quality performance based on health plan contracts.

This view helps you:

  • Understand where your pharmacy stands overall
  • Identify measures and patient populations tied to plan requirements
  • Use performance trends to inform actions in My Programs and Enhanced Services

Think of the Performance Dashboard as your baseline. It shows what’s happening, while MyPrograms and Enhanced Services show where to act and get paid.
