The latest dataset was made available in EQUIPP® as of February 20, 2026. This dataset now includes 6-month performance information based off of prescription drug claims from July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
Year-To-Date Range: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
NOTE: The February 2026 EQUIPP refresh will display pharmacy performance for the 2025 calendar year. We recommend pharmacies review their My Programs for the full 2025 calendar year performance.
What’s New for 2026
- Program Launch: The 2026 Enhanced Services program is currently being finalized.
- Q1 Check-ins: Some health plans will begin Quarter 1 Check-ins for the Longitudinal Adherence Monitoring Program (LAMP) as early as March 2026.
