The latest dataset was made available in EQUIPP® as of January 9, 2026. This dataset now includes 6-month performance information based off of prescription drug claims from June 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025.
Year-To-Date Range: January 1, 2025 - November 30, 2025
NOTE: The February 2026 EQUIPP refresh will display pharmacy performance for the 2025 calendar year.
What’s New for 2026
- Program Launch: The 2026 Enhanced Services program is currently being finalized.
- Q1 Check-ins: Some health plans will begin Quarter 1 Check-ins for the Longitudinal Adherence Monitoring Program (LAMP) as early as February 2026.
