The EQUIPP platform continues to update revenue-generating patient care opportunities weekly. Participating pharmacies will see the bullseye in the left navigation bar of EQUIPP. Within the Enhanced Services tab, pharmacies may earn reimbursement for completing documentation for the opportunities presented. The following programs are displayed:
LAMP, Hemoglobin A1c, Controlling Blood Pressure, UHC Medicaid P4P
