Enhanced Services

PQS contracts with health plans that offer disease state management related services addressing and incentivizing for the completion of clinical care encounters. Certain health plans (each a “Participating Health Plan”) interested in initiating pharmacy-driven programs designed to incentivize quality improvement efforts for specific patient populations (each a “Program”) are enabling community pharmacies with opportunities to intervene and capture valuable patient-level data. Programs are available to select pharmacies serving a significant portion of participating populations whereby program performance and intervention opportunities will be made available through the EQUIPP® dashboard in the Enhanced Services Tab.
